Lunch Wednesday 3/21

For lunch today, we went to a local restaurant in Casablanca called Soala.
It is surrounded by rustic walls with cannons not too far from the seashore.

Fish tagine - I think I've had practically all types besides vegetarian!

The restaurant grows several types of fresh mint to make traditional Moroccan tea with.

The clay pottery you see here lined up next to each other is what the tagine dishes are served in. 
The clay helps to keep the dish very hot for a long time.
